Land close to town is scarce and costly so we need to think about living closer together in more compact spaces, which means multiple dwellings on one site using shared walls either horizontally or vertically.

We have recently completed a successful project in Mount Victoria and currently have other proposals in the design phase. This is an area we would like to focus more on and utilize our extensive experience with compact planning and clever infill house design that carefully considers privacy, amenity, sun and outlook.
