Egmont Street laneway historic building with cafe in brick warehouse building

Seismic strengthening work required to the 'Skybox' home above the Egmont Garage created the opportunity to renovate and improve the retail space on the ground floor below. New shop front glazing, recycled rimu timber floors, built-in timber bar-leaners and a kitchen coffee bar all work around the freshly installed steel structure to create a tidy little retail & hospitality space looking out to the Egmont Street laneway.
